July Picnic

Pot luck items needed:

• Salads, Deserts, Drinks
• Jan will bring Sub sandwiches and napkins, plates, cups, dinnerware.
• Lets Split the alphabet for the dishes. A thru salads I
• K thru M for drinks
• M to the end Desserts

Time: 6PM - but Jan will be there earlier to try to grab the shelter area at Lot I
This is the parking area we use for the Show for unloading. Last year a party
had reserved the shelter where we usually set up, so we moved over to the field by the area that is where our hospitality is at the Show. So look for us if you don’t recognize the people at the shelter. Bring chairs.
