President Beverly Little called the meeting to order at 7:40 pm. In attendance: Cliff Hewitt, Barbara O'Neill, Bo Gloster, Dave and Rusty Kingery, Geri Orta, Laura Young, Jan Leikam, Dee Carlson, Beverly Little and Michelle Brown.

Secretary’s report: None.

Treasurer’s report: None.

Board report: The Board voted to join the Canine Health Foundation and have a liaison appointed to receive communications. Bo Gloster volunteered for this position. The motion was granted to approve Bo as the liaison.

Committee reports:

Standing Rules:The following headings were reviewed by the membership: goals, mission statement, general standing rules, club membership, finance and standing committees. Dave Kingery moved we strike the Budget Committee section. The motion was granted with 9 in favor, 1 opposed and 1 abstained. Other strikes and changes were discussed. They will be reviewed, with a copy distributed by the committee for approval at the July meeting. The second half of the Standing rules will be discussed at the September meeting.

Next Meeting: July 14th, 2010 picnic at Marymoor Park.
