President Rusty Kingery called the meeting to order at 7:00am. In attendance: Tonya Gisselberg, Dee Smiley, Sandee Isaacson, Dee & Ken Carlson, Nancy & Martin Warfield, Paul & Jackie Blumenstetter, Julia, Malyn, Verlynn, & Dave Johns, Geri Orta and guest Shawn Orta, Michelle Brown, Jan & husband Leikam, Rusty & Dave Kingery and guests- Ellen Winningham, Jenny Merritt.

Since the nominating slate was unopposed the President asked for a motion to have the Secretary cast one unanimous ballot for 2012 Officers and Board of Directors. The motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously.

Elected to Office for 2012:

President- Rusty Kingery
Vice President-Bo Gloster
Secretary- Michelle Brown
Treasurer- Patty Anderson
AKC Delegate- Bo Gloster
Board of Directors: Dee Carlson, Nancy Warfield, Jackie Blumenstetter, Geri Orta, and Jan Leikam.

Nancy Warfield read the second readings for new members Jenny Merritt and Ellen Winningham. A unanimous vote was passed and they were both accepted into membership.

All reservations for the hotel and judges dinner for January should be emailed to Barbara Underwood.

There being no further business the President called for a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:06pm. The motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
