President Beverly Little called the meeting to order at 8:25pm.

In attendance: Ken and Dee Carlson, Laura Young and guest Sarah Allen, Nolan and Melissa Rundquist, Jan and Wayne Leikam, Dave and Rusty Kingery, Barbara O’Neill, Cliff and Judy Hewitt with guest Charla Hill, Beverly Little, Patty Anderson, Don Joseph, and Randy and Michelle Brown.

Since the nominating slate was unopposed the President asked for a motion to have the Secretary cast one unanimous ballot for 2010 Officers and Board of Directors. The motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously.

Elected to Office for 2010:
President- Beverly Little
Vice President-Rusty Kingery
Secretary- Michelle Brown
Treasurer- Jan Leikam
AKC Delegate- Bo Gloster
Board of Directors: Dee Carlson, Patty Anderson, Bo Gloster, Cliff Hewitt, and Barbara O’Neill.

There being no further business the President called for a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:27pm. The motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously.
